As the design lead & UX Manager at sune, I led the end-to-end design of a comprehensive vendor portal for makers on Sune, completed in just 4 weeks. This project involved designing seamless flows for onboarding, store setup, product and video catalog creation, video uploads, order fulfillment, and shop personalization, empowering makers with an intuitive platform to efficiently manage their businesses. The redesign ensured a user-friendly experience that streamlined complex processes for makers.
